Delta has announced a new partnership with Italian luxury fashion house, Missoni.
Passengers travelling in the carrier’s Delta One business class will be offered Missoni-designed amenity kits, featuring the brand’s signature textured zig-zag pattern on the exterior, plus an exclusive pattern and colour palette on the interior.
The amenity kits will be rolled out on flights to/from Italy and Paris from mid-July, and later launch worldwide in September.
Kits will continue to include Grown Alchemist skincare products, a bamboo toothbrush and toothpaste, an eye mask, ear plugs, socks and a pen.
Previously, the airline offered woven amenity kits handcrafted by Mexican company Someone Somewhere, with a smaller version still offered in Premium Select (premium economy).
For those travelling from New York JFK, a selection of items from Missoni’s home collection will also be showcased at the new Delta One lounge, which is set to open on 26 June.
