Pendry Hotels & Resorts has announced plans to open its first property in Mexico City.
Pendry Mexico City is scheduled to open in 2026 on the corner of Calle de Durango and Calle de Salamanca in the city’s Roma Norte district.
Features will include 114 rooms and suites, “multiple food and beverage concepts”, a rooftop pool and sundeck, spa facilities, a fitness centre, and indoor-outdoor meeting and event spaces.
The development will also offer 20 one, two and three-bedroom branded residences.
The luxury Pendry brand currently has hotels in the US cities of San Diego, Baltimore, West Hollywood, Chicago, New York, Park City, Washington DC and Newport Beach, with future locations including Natirar, Tampa, Punta Mita, Barbados and La Quinta.
