On 3 July, 2024, The Link at One&Only One Za’abeel will be hosting one of the year’s most unforgettable and highly-anticipated culinary events: the Infinity Dinner. Held the night before the property will play hose to the third edition of the prestigious Michelin Guide Dubai Star Revelation, the dinner will involve an exclusive menu created by seven exceptional chefs, including those behind some of the world’s best Michelin-starred restaurants.
Held at the Infinity Room – a hidden dining venue – for only 20 guests, the dinner will involve a six-course dinner. The star-studded line-up includes Anne-Sophie Pic, the most Michelin-decorated female chef in the world; Paco Morales, who earned three Michelin stars for his dynamic take on Andalusian cuisine at restaurant Noor; Tetsuya Wakuda, known for his flair for combining Japanese ingredients with French techniques; dynamic duo Bo Songvisava and Dylan Jones, who represent Thai culinary heritage and eco-gastronomy; Mehmet Gürs, renowned for his groundbreaking approach to Turkish and Middle Eastern cuisines and a dish from World’s Best Chef three years in a row, Dabiz Muñoz, the mastermind behind the unashamedly eccentric yet very addictive street food-inspired morsels served in theatrical style at the Spanish-born xef’s latest global outpost, StreetXO.

Taking place at The Link, the dinner’s venue is just as impressive: located within the world’s longest cantilever, the restaurant is perched between the dual towers of One Za’abeel. The dinner will be held in a dining room with a glass floor, suspended at one end of the cantilever, 100 metres above Dubai.
The evening promises to be a sensory feast, beginning with a welcome drink at The Link’s destination bar, Sphere, where guests can enjoy canapés and an exclusive DJ performance, before heading below to the Infinity Room. Dedicated hosts will then guide diners to a special table, where they will be treated to an immersive, multi-course dining experience, with each course finished tableside by the chefs themselves. Each course will also be accompanied by live entertainment, with the goal of elevating the experience into a multi-sensory culinary journey.
