SkyTeam member Korean Air is resuming and adding capacity on several routes to Northeast Asia amid thawing demand.

Korean Air will resume its Busan-Shanghai Pudong and Jeju-Beijing routes with daily flights starting 1 July.

Additionally, the Seoul Incheon-Hefei service will resume with five weekly services from 19 August, the Busan-Beijing route with six weekly flights starting 16 September, and the Seoul Incheon-Kunming service with four weekly flights from 14 October.

Select routes will also see an increase in flight frequencies. The Seoul Incheon-Yanji route will increase to daily flights from four weekly flights starting 1 June.

The Seoul Incheon-Dalian route will temporarily see an increase by four flights to 11 weekly services between 1 July and 15 September; while the daily Seoul Incheon-Tianjin route will increase to two daily flights from 5 August to 20 October.

To Mongolia, the Seoul Incheon-Ulaanbaatar service will be increased by two weekly flights, to eight weekly, between 1 June and 30 September.

To Japan, Korean Air will resume Jeju-Tokyo Narita with three flights a week from 19 July to 25 October.

Furthermore, the Seoul Incheon-Okayama route will increase from three to five weekly flights starting 3 August, and the Seoul Incheon-Kagoshima route will also increase from three to five weekly flights starting 2 September.
